How much is Salah earning in his new contract with Liverpool?
A British media report revealed today, Wednesday, the details of Mohamed Salah’s new contract with Liverpool.
Salah’s current contract with the Reds is set to expire next summer, but transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano stated earlier today that Liverpool has reached a final agreement with the Egyptian star to extend his stay.
According to The Sun, Salah is about to sign a “sensational” new deal worth £42 million in total wages.
The report added that the new contract will run until 2027, with Salah earning £400,000 per week — a notable increase from his current £350,000 weekly wage.
This development follows comments from Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk, who recently said he is also making progress in his own contract renewal talks.
Meanwhile, multiple reports had previously linked Salah with a potential move to the Saudi league after this season ends.
